Privacy notice

  1. Who is responsible for your data

    GARRS Tech, a software engineering studio based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share with us through garrs.app. You can reach us at contacto@garrs.app.

  2. Data we collect

    When you fill out the contact form, we only collect the data you type in:

    • Name.
    • Company or business.
    • Email address.
    • Phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to share it.
    • Your project description and the type of solution you are looking for.
  3. How we use your data

    We use your data to respond to your request, contact you for a first conversation and, if you ask for it, prepare a proposal. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

  4. Who we share your data with

    We do not transfer your data to third parties. To run the site we use providers that process it on our behalf and only for these purposes:

    • Resend, to send the contact form emails.
    • Vercel, to host the site and measure its usage and performance in aggregate.
    • Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect the form against automated submissions.
  5. Cookies

    The site stores one technical cookie to remember the language you chose. We do not use advertising cookies, and Vercel usage measurement does not use cookies.

  6. How long we keep your data

    We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, any business relationship that follows from it.

  7. Your rights

    You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights) and withdraw your consent. Email us at contacto@garrs.app with your name, the right you want to exercise and the data it relates to. We will respond within the timeframes set by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

    We will publish any change to this privacy notice on this page, along with its update date.
